The short answer, yes. It does eventually go bad, which is good. By crushing and not striping the grain we keep the germ intact, meaning all the healthy good oils and fats are left in. We recommend keeping it in a cool dark place for shorter periods (3-6 months) or the fridge or freezer in a container for longer periods.
As of right now we do not have a store front location. We love seeing you all though and don't mind if we are already there if you swing by, just give us a shout. Otherwise I have listed on the home page all the places you can purchase our flour.
Easy! Use it as you would your regular store bought flour, but feel better eating it! At times I've found the need for a bit extra water in my bread doughs, but overall I just use it in place of for any recipe with a more flavorful nutritious result!
